In general the service gives hotel guest the possiblity to describe an issue that they see in their room. Examples are a broken lamp, an issue in the bathroom, the TV system does not work or a specific TV channel cannot be received etc. This issue is reported to the help desk and they can then perform an action on this. The hotel guest will be informed via the voice platform on the status of fixing that issue.
